Working with us
From hospital co-build and center enablement through to equipment integration and supply chain, we offer repeatable partnership models with long-term support.
Five partnership models
Hospital co-build
Establish a blood purification center or vascular access center together with a hospital's nephrology department, with full support across design, staff training, operations management and quality control.
Center enablement
Join as an independent dialysis center under a shared brand, standard operating procedures, management system and central purchasing.
Equipment integration
Open data interfaces connect existing domestic dialysis equipment to IoT and 5G networks, upgrading machines to networked operation without replacing them.
Smart supply chain
An in-hospital micro supply chain integrated with HIS, aligning physical stock, inventory, treatment and billing, with replenishment driven by scheduling and prescriptions.
Training academy
Online courses and hands-on training covering vascular access, nutrition management, rehabilitation and specialist nursing.
For a hospital, the partnership solves four specific problems
2026 is a critical window for equipment renewal and compliance. A large number of dialysis machines are approaching the end of their service life, and reimbursement is asking for more detailed records of monitoring during treatment. What a hospital needs most in this period is usually not a lower quote, but a way to settle these questions together.
Equipment has reached the end of its service life
Many dialysis machines are at or past their rated service life. Continuing to run them can expose the department to reimbursement deductions.
Machine renewal funded by system investment or instalments
Machines are replaced through system investment or an instalment arrangement alongside a consumables supply agreement, lowering the hospital's one-off capital outlay.
Record-keeping requirements for monitoring during treatment are becoming more detailed
Reimbursement now asks for more detailed records of blood temperature, blood pressure, online clearance and blood volume monitoring. Some older machines cannot be upgraded, or need costly add-on parts.
The system handles transmission, display and archiving of monitoring data
The hemodialysis information processing software transmits, displays and processes this monitoring data and files it alongside treatment and laboratory records, so the department can complete its daily documentation and checks.
Departmental management depends on individual experience
Scheduling, records, laboratory review and quality control rest on a few experienced staff, so service quality moves with turnover.
Precision management arrives together with the information system
A common division of roles, working procedures, daily routines and quality-control system, together with informatised ward rounds and laboratory result review, moves repetitive work to the system and returns time to conversations with patients.
Wanting to offer services beyond dialysis, without a system for it
Nutrition, rehabilitation, vascular access and diabetic foot care usually lack standards, staff and training inside the hospital.
Multidisciplinary service standards and training that already work
The group's standardised service system is transferred as a whole, with Suntop College providing clinical training. Partners are welcome to visit the group's reference centers.
We hold to three principles: sustainable profit, lawful and compliant operation, and reasonable payment terms. Competing on fee waivers does not last in this industry; solving a hospital's real problems does.
Partner network
We hold long-term partnerships with healthcare institutions across the country, spanning general hospitals and independent dialysis centers.
